Are you ready to vote?

The 2020 Primary Election is approaching quick! This election cycle will be Hawaiʻi's first all mail-in voting. Here are a few things to keep in mind as the election gets closer:

  • Make sure you are registered to vote by Thursday, July 9. You can register online or by mail until Thursday. If you miss that deadline you can register in person at Voter Service Centers throughout the counties. Register today or check if you are registered here.

  • Voter Service Centers will be open from July 27-August 7 in each county. You can register to vote AND vote at the same time at these centers. Learn more here.

  • Ballots will start to be received in the mail on July 21. Ballots must be received by the Office of Elections by August 8. It is recommended to mail your ballot 3-5 business days prior to August 8.
