Limited Release Sticker+ Bundle for New Monthly Donors

We are excited to announce a special summer fundraiser! This month, we’re inviting you to join us in supporting our grassroots work by signing up a monthly donor at $15+/month. In appreciation of your generosity, you’ll receive a bundle of limited release stickers, magnets, and pins featuring designs that celebrate some of our major campaigns: cleaning up Red Hill, restoring native streams, combating invasive pests, and promoting native plants.

The bundle includes a sticker pack with five sticker designs: Ola i ka wai, Free the streams, Save the niu - save the future, and I love native plants from the Sierra Club of Hawaiʻi and a new Shut Down Red Hill bumper stickers from Oʻahu Water Protectors, a Sierra Club of Hawaiʻi Ola i ka wai magnet, and an enamel pin of either a koa or ʻapapane from our friends at Laulima Hawaiʻi.

Why Your Support Matters

At the Sierra Club of Hawaiʻi, we are dedicated to ensuring a resilient and bountiful future for our children and generations to come through the protection of our natural and cultural resources, open spaces, and rights to a clean and healthy environment.

Your contributions directly support our efforts including:

  1. Red Hill: Advocating for the complete closure of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility to protect Oʻahu’s drinking water from further contamination and see through the remediation of the wai and surrounding ʻāina.

  2. Stream Restoration: Returning stream flow to more streams across the islands, after decades of corporate control to promote healthy native ecosystems and water security for all.

  3. Invasive Pests: Combating the spread of invasive pests like little fire ants and coconut rhinoceros beetles that threaten every aspect of life in the islands today and for generations.

  4. Native Plants: Promoting and outplanting native species in homes, gardens, and open spaces across the islands to restore native ecosystems, sequester carbon, and (re)spark love of native plant species.

Monthly donations provide essential, reliable support for our grassroots work. They ensure financial stability, allowing us to plan long-term projects, and respond quickly to injustices, while providing a way for you to make a significant impact while being easier on your wallet.

Generous Support from the Community

The Sierra Club of Hawaiʻi would also like to extend our big mahalo to Hawthorne and to Oʻahu artist Ewa Mosc for their support of our work!

Last month, Hawthorne dedicated its proceeds from the sale of its Mineral Wave in honor of our work protecting Oʻahu’s freshwater resources. Oʻahu is home to Hawthorne’s creative director and was part of the inspiration behind Mineral Wave.

Oʻahu creative Ewa Mosc generously donates a percentage of each art print sale to the Sierra Club of Hawai‘i. With a passion for environmental protection, Ewa’s artwork promotes a simpler lifestyle in harmony with the natural world.

Mahalo nui to these and the many other artists, creatives, and community businesses that support the work of local organizations like ours. If you are an artist who contributed or would like to contribute your talents to our grassroots work, please reach out to us at hawaii.chapter@sierraclub.org!
