In memory of Diane Kimball

Diane Kimball (1945-2018) was a teacher, musician, writer and a devoted mother and grandmother. Originally from Michigan, for the last decade she spent the winters with her family in Hawaiʻi. She loved Hawaiʻi Island’s natural beauty and often wrote and sang about her outdoor adventures here. Diane gave openly of her energy and time. She taught yoga and writing classes at the Kaumana Senior Center and volunteered in her granddaughter’s classrooms teaching Spanish and music.
In memory of her giving spirit we ask that you donate to the Sierra Club of Hawaiʻi in her honor. You can make a donation below, funds will go to support the work on Hawaiʻi Island.Mahalo nui,Diane’s daughters, Heather Kimball and Holly (Kimball) Phillips
