Pālehua Service Trip (leaders only)

Oʻahu Service Trip Pālehua is the area above Makakilo partially owned by Gill Family Lands. We will stay overnight at Air Force station (equipped with all the comforts of home). Sandalwood Tree Planting near Saddle Road

Hawaiʻi Island (S/E/C): Contour, moderate, E=7,000’ Assist Mark Hanson and the Hawaiian Reforestation Program planting trees on the slope of Mauna Kea at around 7000 feet. Closed toed shoes required, and sunscreen and rain gear are suggested for this rain or shine project. We should be done by about 3pm, bring lunch, snacks, and water. ... Read more

A Day on Koke‘e Trails

Kauaʻi: Moderate/5 miles Starting at Koke‘e Lodge we hike to Berry Flat Trail and continue to the northern section of the Ditch Trail. Finally we loop back to the Wainiua Trail and back to the lodge for a variety of views. Leader: Ken Fasig, 346- 1229
